My Pocket Wi-Fi was lost / stolen. What to do?
In the unlikely event that you misplace your Pocket WiFi device, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to help! In most cases we are able to track lost or stolen Pocket WiFi devices and retrieve them.
However, in the unlikely event, and after every effort on our part, the Pocket WiFi is untrackable due to it being lost or stolen, then there is a flat fee of ￥20,000, which you will be required to pay. In such cases, no alterations or discounts apply.
