Can I change the delivery address of my JR Pass?

You can change your delivery address in 2 case scenarios:
  • When the order hasn’t left our offices

You can modify your delivery address easily by emailing us at info@jrailpass.com. An expert JR staff member will get back to you as soon as possible with information on the cost of the new delivery address. Should the delivery cost remain the same, you will not be required to make any additional payments.

However, if the new delivery address implies a higher delivery cost, you will be required to pay the difference. Once we have received the payment, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating the updated delivery time and place.

  • When the order has already left our offices

If you wish to change the delivery address after your online order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us by sending an e-mail at info@jrailpass.com.
