Visitors can rent boats and paddle around the water among the stunning blooms.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re visiting the park with children, you might also like to pay a visit to the on-site petting zoo and aquarium. The surrounding area (Kichijoji) is <strong>also known for its<\/strong> <strong>stylish bars, caf\u00e9s, and restaurants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opening times and prices<\/strong>: Admission is free, though you have to pay to rent a boat. The park is open 24 hours and the illumination usually lasts from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How to get there<\/strong>: Take the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jrailpass.com\/blog\/chuo-sobu-line\">Ch\u016b\u014d-Sobu Line<\/a> to Kichijoji Station.
